Our services are educational and supportive in nature, they are not a substitute for medical advice, clinical diagnosis,

All courses, mentoring and group sessions are intended to:

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements or results from participating in our courses and mentoring.

Home care services.

Where home care or in-person support services are provided

Services will be agreed in advance

Scope, fees and boundaries will be clearly outlined

We do not replace medical or emergency services, In emergencies always contact 999 or your GP.

Payments and pricing.

All prices are shown in GBP £

Payment must be made in full before accessing paid online services unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to change prices at any time (existing purchases are not affected)

Refunds and cancellations.

Digital products and courses

Due to the nature of digital content refunds are not guaranteed once access has been provided.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Mentorship and coaching

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled

Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are notaffected.

You may not copy, share, resell or distribute materials, record sessions without permission or use content for commercial purposes.

Confidentiality and group Sessions.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, in group settings

we cannot guarantee the behaviour of the other participants.

You agree not to share personal stories or information about others outside the group.
